Pop City Pops was inspired by paletas, an unique Mexican frozen treat made from fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. Paletas are gaining popularity with their unique seasonal gourmet flavor combinations and they're a healthy alternative to ice cream. The vision for Pop City Pops was to bring this delicious sweet treat to New York but unfortunately was never fully brought to life...yet.
